Meditation & Relaxation Classes

Our personal Sanctuary is often hidden beneath the pressure of life's daily challenges. It is like a building hidden by an overgrown garden, one that misses our visits. 

Meditation is one way in which we can tend the pathway to the Sanctuary Within, to visit the place where we regain a sense of perspective and a sense of our true nature. The peaceful place within ourselves that is better able to face each day and respond to the day in a more meaningful way. 

A regular Meditation practice is known to be beneficial to our health and wellbeing. 

Giving time to ourselves to improve and maintain our health is an investment that is well worth the effort. A Meditation practice is a kindness to one's self. Studies have found that those who meditate begin to show signs of improvement in their wellbeing within eight weeks of regular practice. 

With our own regular Meditation practice we find that it's not just us who benefit, but also those around us.

During six weeks of meeting for Meditation and Relaxation, we will explore a number of different short meditation exercises and each week a new guided meditation will take us along the pathway to our inner Sanctuary where we can enjoy the benefits of self care and improved wellbeing.
