Meditation is recognised as a way of restoring and maintaining wellbeing. This may be our own private practice, developed over time. It can also be something we do in a group or one to one with someone who will guide us towards a personal meditation practice. Each of these ways hold value.

We offer one-to-one sessions,  either here in person or through a WhatsApp live video link.

In these one-to-one sessions there are easy to do relaxation and breathing exercises, along with a guided meditation, that can be focused on a specific area of life.

The sessions last for around 50 minutes.
